FKL, located in Kallo (Antwerp), is a leading player in organic fertilizers with a strong focus on the international market. From our strategic location in the port of Antwerp, we serve customers in the agricultural and horticultural sectors at home and abroad. FKL, together with Fertimass TC and the Dutch Comgoed, is part of a powerful group of companies active in organic fertilizers and residual flows.

The position
As Business Controller, you are responsible for financial analysis, reporting, budget monitoring, and strategic support within our organization. You work closely with management and operational teams to optimize financial performance and support future-oriented decisions.

Your tasks
· Preparing and/or analyzing periodic financial reports.
· Monitoring the budget, forecasting, and cost control of the three companies.
· Identifying risks and opportunities and advising on strategic choices.
· Optimizing financial processes and internal controls.
· Supporting business cases and investment decisions.

Your profile
· A completed financial or business economics education at HBO/Bachelor level.
· At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
· Analytically strong, accurate, and critical.
· Good communication skills and not afraid to ask questions.
· Knowledge of financial systems and Excel.
· Proactive attitude: you see work and take it on.
· Available for at least 32 hours per week.
